The System of Checks and Balances

This is a video excerpt taken from John Dean's speech on the powers that President Bush's team supposedly tried to gain over other branches of power after 9/11. Dr. Dean draws attention to the "unitary executive theory" which, in his belief, can break down the balance and lead to dictatorship.
